One week, folks. November 3, exactly one week from today, is the current booked date for the planned C-section if Baby A doesn't shift out of breech, and if I don't go into labour before then.
That's nuts.
That's incredible.
That's life changing.

ReplyDeleteI've been thinking about you lots lately and have really enjoyed reading your blog.
I know a C-section is not exactly what you had envisioned (and you still may not have one), but at the end of the day, the end result (babies!!) is the same and that's what matters most, I think. That you have advanced this far in your pregnancy is fantastic and something to be proud of. You are obviously doing something right, so keep it up!
And it's true that having babies is life changing....but for the better!
For what it's worth, I think that Nov 3 is a wonderful day to have a birthday. I would know since it's my bday and I would be honoured to share it with your special little girls.

Thanks Laura! I'm just hoping they hold off past Hallowe'en now - I don't think it would be very fun for them to share their birthday with all the gouls and goblins, and squeezed in with the other festivities for the rest of their lives!!!
ReplyDeleteStill feeling pretty good, though, so hoping all will be well. Resigning myself to the C section and I do recognize it will start me out on a more rested foot, if nothing else, right?
